To juice or to blend… that is the question!!
In reality, it’s down to personal taste and maybe even health requirements. Both juicing and blending are equally good in different ways so mixing it up now and again may be the best option.
However, for those of us (me included) who are a bit lazy about the whole procedure and just want to pop stuff in a blender, blend, pour out, drink, rinse and repeat… then blending is definitely a great option as there are no time consuming filters to wash!
So what is difference between juicing and blending?

So whether you want to juice or make blended smoothies, as you can see there are advantages and disadvantages to both. It all comes down to what suits you and your lifestyle.
