Learn to Flow
Yoga is a really beneficial tool in anyone’s health toolkit. As we discussed in our article on using yoga to prepare for surgery, yoga can be as meditative or as active as you want it to be.
In this second class of yoga for beginners yoga instructor, Esther Ekhart brings the poses you practiced in the first class together and teaches you how to flow with them and with the rhythm of your breath.
