Esther Ekhart

The fourth class in this Yoga Beginners series with yoga instructor, Esther Ekhart, is a 10 min energising practice.

This is more active but still very suitable for beginners. Some of the standing poses you learned in part three are repeated, but you learn to get into them differently.
