Stand Still, Be Fit Introduction
Standing for a little while is often forgotten or disregarded as a form of exercise so joining in with the exercise in this video is a nice break from usual activity. The key as always is moderation – a little sitting, a little standing, a little walking, a little moving around, a little climbing stairs and even sitting on the floor and getting up to a standing position every so often and most of all a lot of laughter!!
